We are legally obliged protect your rent and deposit monies which is received by agents in a separate client money account. Meaning your rental income is ring fenced separately from our business account and protected under the (CMP) Client Money Protection Scheme. The scheme is designed to compensate landlords and tenants if an agent cannot repay their money, for example if an agent goes into administration.
