Lets Find A Home is a self employed lettings agent founded by Matt Matheou in 2004 who has over 27 years experience as a professional landlord in addition to over 20 years experience in residential lettings and property management. The company ethos is to build strong foundations and relationships with his landlords. This has truly been reflected by how many landlords continue to use his full management service since the company was created back in 2004, now that's loyalty for you.
The former name of Lets Find A Home was MPS Lettings & Management which started trading in 2004 from a service office in Putney on Upper Richmond Road SW15. The company name was re-branded in May 2020 during COVID.
Matt also believes in providing a transparent and professional service from start to finish and continually adding value to his clients.
Lets Find A Home is based in Wandsworth SW London and covers a wide area to include the following; Wandsworth, Putney, Southfields, Earlsfield, Tooting, Balham, Clapham, Wimbledon & Battersea. As well as parts of Surrey to include; Sutton, Wallington, Croydon and Purley.
